The Fees: $100 Weekend fee; $15 Team fee…Total $115 to be paid at the FIRST team meeting. The Treasurer of the Secretariat will collect the fees from us shortly thereafter and we want to be obedient to follow the guidelines for payment established for us. Each Tres Dias weekend “pays for itself” and there are no profits made nor is anyone paid to serve. Therefore, part of your commitment is to pay the required fees, myself included.
Let me assure you, The LORD has chosen you for service this weekend. In that light, please be praying for God to move powerfully through each one of us. Pray about your responsibilities on the weekend, your attitude in serving the candidates, your attitude towards other team members and just your attitude, in general! My prayer is that we too might be changed to be more like Jesus and that God may be truly glorified in all we do this weekend!
Now on a more prayerful note . . . the Prayer Chas want you to know that we are here to pray for you at any time. If something comes up before our next meeting and you need prayer, I invite you to send me an email. marty.shack@gmail.com. I will be happy to forward your prayer request on to the other Prayer Chas. And please be assured, we will follow the confidentiality tradition taught by Tres Dias (What we hear at T.D.stays at T.D.). That is unless you ask us to share your name. The white boards in the meeting room are available for you to write your Praises, and any Prayer Requests that you would like to have everyone pray for. When you arrive at the meeting room you will see that there is a pink prayer request card on every chair. Please take a minute to fill it out and put it in one of the gold baskets sitting on the alter table. Remember to submit your name even if you do not have a specific request. We want someone to pray for you as they are led of the Lord. If your situation is delicate and you would rather not put your name on your prayer request just omit your name.The Lord will knows who you are. Keep in mind that the Lord may bring also someone else to mind even though you did not draw their name. When this happens please respond to the Holy Spirit and start praying for them. You may later hear that they were in the midst of a problem at the exact time your thought of them. This is called intercessory prayer.
